I don't know what you do. Could you not rather make piecemeal changes to JAWS7.10 rather than have to back up everything and then get lost, as it were? I hope you know what you want to do, and how better to do it. Others may offer more illumination.

Do I create the new folder to copy all the files in as with earlier versions and paste them in that folder and put it here or copy them and paste them in the newly created folder at C:\Documents and Settings\new user\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\7.10\Settings\enu Thanks,, Margaret "Flor Lynch" wrote: Go to Shared Settings. there you will find the path you seek along with the many other files. ----- Original Message ----- >From: "Margaret Thomas" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "jaws-users" <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, August 01, 2007 3:55 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Backing Up Settings\enu JFW7.1 Hi All,, I have JAWS 7.1 reinstalled again and want to back up the settings\enu so I'll have the original ones before I start configuring 7.1 to my liking. When I go to explore my settings, I get the path as C:\Documents and Settings\new user\Application Data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\7.10\Settings\enu but instead of the several folders and a bunch of files that I got in settings\enu in earlier versions, I'm only getting Personalized Settings and default .jcf. I looked on the list's home page and old posts I've saved to see how you do it with 7.1, but didn't see anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
