Chris, I use MS Office 2007 and Outlook. When I move to options, the only choice I have is whether or not I wish to compose e-mail in html or text. What am I missing? Thanks. Chris Bell

Open the tools menu in Outlook, and press enter on options. Now control tab to the mail format tab and there's a check box that says "read all mails in plain text format". If you uncheck this with space bar and press enter, most, if not all, e-mails will be displayed in HTML.
