You might have two rules for the same criteria but that do two different actions. How are your rules defined? I use "where the To: or CC: line contains" as my main rules definition, and it works well. Try "stop processing all rules" for a time, see if any double copies come in then. (If they don't you'll know it could be something in your rules. if they do, then the duplicates could be something to do with your ISP.)
