Hi Margaret, thanks for your help. I will give it a shot now and let you 
know how I get on with it. It's amazing that Outlook Express is full of 
shortcut keys; no where can I see controls that are not assigned to a 
shortcut key. Microsoft really gave accessibility a serious thought 
obviously when developing Outlook Express. Anyway thanks again.
