Thanks Benjamin. I will give that web site a try in Internet Explorer. I will also have to figure out whether Java is disabled or not. the message I got said it might be, but I couldn't find that choice in tools and options, so I will have to figure it out when I have more time. the agrivating part of it all is that I know I've seen that choice somewhere, but I can't find it now. In the meantime I guess I will go ahead and install that flash player.
