Denny asked whether viewing a message through the browser is a one-time process or must be done with each message. To be honest, I can't tell. It seems like something that must be done each time you get a message that's giving you trouble. On the other hand, I'll go for days without having to do it. So I'd say yes, you'll probably ahve to select the browser view each time you get a message that doesn't read properly.
