You need to decrease the number of characters in the given filename.  You 
can do this by renaming it anything you like, by cursoring to the beginning 
and typing.  Perhaps, give the track your own abbreviated version of the 
original name.  do not change the suffix after the period.

I cannot download a cd track onto my computer because the track title is 
very long and exceeds the maximum number of characters Windows will allow
