Hi Lisa. No yo don't Have to upgrade, I recommend it because for one thing, when you're on a secure site like say amazon.com, you will be told secure connection when you g to input things like your email, password, and things like that. sure IEhas a few bugs but wht progam doesn't? You're welcome to stay with six, but soon I think you won't have a coice and unless you want to hide the updates in windows update, the best thing to do is just upgrade at least IE. Now if you want other programs to work, with jaws eight find upgrade but victor s right, don't just for the sake of internet explorer.
