Cox uses different POP and SMTP servers, based on your location. The easiest way to determine these names is to go to support.cox.net. You will need to select your location from a combo-box. Once you do that, you will be on the main support page. In the support search box, enter: "pop smtp" without the quotes. When the search results are returned, the first entry should say something about finding the correct pop and smtp entries. Follow this link. You will need to once again select your location from a combo-box in the document. It will then give you the correct server names for your location. Cox uses standard port assignments, so you shouldn't need to mess with those. John
