Hi Denny, It would be good if you can get with support on Monday if this can be reproduced regularly. The key is to do the dump as soon as it is in the locked up state, prior to pushing lots of other keyboard commands. The support team can then help you retreive the file and send it to them with some details. Also, write me off list with contact info so I can reach you. This is something that we have been working hard on and the latest versions of JAWS (8.0.2173), should be much better in this area than some earlier versions such as 7.1. There is something you can do in the event this happens that will help you recover more quickly in most cases. With JAWS 8, we added and option to "Unload JAWS", even if JAWS seems not to be working at the moment. The KEY STROKE is: JAWS KEY + Windows KEY + F4 This will also create a dump log that our support team my request if this is something that happens often, especially if you can get it to happen on demand.
