Hi Marilyn, Security is higher in IE7 than it was in IE6. I'm not familiar with the NYT email. have you a means of contacting them, to ask? IE7 has been out long enough now for them to have devised (or thought of devising) a solution or workaround if the security in IE7 is preventing access to this facility. On the other hand, the IE7 pop-up blocker may be blocking something, in which case it is time to bring down the information bar with alt-n. This is more difficult in IE7 where after alt-n to begin this you may have to route JAWS to PC and then arrow till you find the option you want, then double-click it with the left-mouse button to select it.
