Hi Michael Try this. go into the view menu of word with the alt key plus v. Arrowdown to where it says normal view, and then enter on it. If that doesn't work,do the same procedure and arrow down to the radio button to where it says, either 75 percent, or if that doesn't work,then choose to where it says 100 percent, and then enter on that.
