Actually I scan both as well too. I figure that it's a small price to pay
for the extra security it provides.

Personally, I scan both incoming and out going E-Mail. It is
interesting to note that I have been forced to add over 350 addresses to my
blocked senders list in OE. I wonder how many I would have been forced to
add with out the scanning?
