but it wasn't that. It must be something to do with the malware on this machine.
I started a scan but had to give it up due to time, will run it over night I
think.

yes the website is a secure checkout. You will need your credit card
information, and their should be edit boxes where you can enter your
credit card info. I'm not sertain of this because I'd never perchased
anything through pctools, but this is what I had to do with perchasing
spy sweeper.
