Hi Don, It sounds like you have messages grouped by conversation, or, you are experienceing a problem with Jaws. Look in the view menu, and then the current view sub-menu, and make sure that, group messages by conversation is unchecked. If this is unchecked, then let me know what version of Jaws you are running. I've run into this before on one of my machines, but don't remember whether it was a Jaws problem, or an anti-virus scanner problem.
