Hi Lisa, This setting tells JAWS to look for forms using what's called HTML tags--a way of describing HTML elements. There are tags for Forms as well (I don't recalb what they were, but I'll search on the Internet for it). The reason to press CTRL plus Shift flus d is to open Default Config file (default.jcf). If you need to make changes globally, use Default file, as it overwrites application-specific config file. Cheers, Joseph
