Look in it's own program sub menu for the uninstall option and no do not
remove shared components. You should be just fine.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] removing an old version of jaws

Hello everyone,
I am considering removing from my computer a very old version of jaws that I
don't use any more. Would I uninstall it the same as i would any other
program? Someone told me that it would ask do you want to remove shared
files, and I was told to say no to this. Is that correct? I have openbook
on my computer, and jaws 6. I want to remove jaws 4.02 from my computer.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
Take care,
Lisa
