Hi.  It sounds like that might be spyware, do you remember where you got it 
from?  This is why I hate anything but what's on my system.  You probably 
want to go and do a spy scan, virus scan, and also click on the system tray 
icon to see if you can click exit or end.  Try looking in your processes tab 
and shuttig that down also  Hope that helps somewhat.
