Annette,
Remember, one thing that will not be adjusted when copying and pasting
data from one worksheet to another is the column width. All other
attributes, such as alignment, number formatting, font, etc. should
transfer okay. This is actually the default, so you really don't need
to use the paste special function. You can simply use control-v. The
only way to get the column width to transfer is to select the entire
column using the control-space bar function, copy it and paste it. This
will copy the entire column, including all of its formatting. Remember,
though, that you must be focused on the top row of the spreadsheet you
are pasting to before pressing control-v. Otherwise you will get an
error message.
