Kathy, try the avg free antivirus that many of us use. Go to avgfree.com or grisoft.com to download it. Also, many of us use jaws 8 with internet explorer 7 and have no trouble with that combination. I mention it because you are using such an old version jaws. Hope this helps. marilyn
