Could be possibly a misreading. I believe mamta was looking to change from receiving individual list emails to receiving digest emails - having 'digest' in quotes would indicate this; and with nothing below that except the list footer which is tagged on by Mailman afterwards. (Nonetheless, the relevant contact information for such requests is included in that footer, at the bottom of every list message; so it should be read as a reminder when in need by anyone wishing to change his/her list options.)
