Hi David,
This doesn't sound like a Jaws problem.
Your simplest  solution would to do as Victor suggested.
However, this shouldn't be necessary.
I have multiple accounts within different identities, so it is possible to 
make it work.
Before we go any further, let's choose one e-mail client , and work with it 
first.
How about you stick with Outlook Express for now, and give us all the info 
you can, and
we'll see if the list can come up with a solution.
After that, we can tackle Outlook.
It's  too confusing and difficult to try and diagnose 2 different clients at 
the same time.
