Personally I like AVG anti spyware. It's very usable once the tool bar is labeled. That can be done using the files I have provided on the scripts page. I worked with a computer consultant yesterday who recommends Windows Defender. He says it is very good at keeping Spyware off computers, but is not as strong at removing something that's already there. It can be downloaded from the Microsoft downloads page, but I thought I'd check to see if people have used it and found it to be accessible with Jaws.
