Scott, try updating your video drivers anyway. Even though there's no apparent conflict, there could be a bug in the drivers that has been fixed in a newer update. Hope that helps. Hi When on ebay and arrowing down, more times than not I get Blue screen of Death and have to manually shutdown.I have a one year dell computer and when I was getting those MSN errors messages, I downloaded Dell driver tools as suggested and ran it with no effect. Updates are current. Message mention video's drivers conflict but a sighted person did not see any red conflict flags. Hope someone can help.
