Hi there, Did you go to Add braille display button from this dialog? You should add it first before you can use it. Syncing is not relatf to this (unless if you want to use PAC Mate Remote (should ask the PAC Mate list for more info) to control your computer from your PAC Mate). Cheers, Joseph
