Yes, it can still be used. It will first ask you if you want to create a restore point, which I highly recommend. Then it will search your PC for programs that are normally considered to be unnecessary. Programs like, AOL, Norton, Sonic and other programs that companies pay PC distributors to include on their PC's. It will allow you to check or uncheck the programs you want to keep or remove. If after uninstalling one of the programs it tells you that you need to reboot in order for the program to be completely removed, choose reboot later. If you reboot before the decrapifier is completely finished, you will need to rerun the application.
