In particular, I find that both versions of Jaws read the row and column numbering and some "boilerplate" about putting the sender's e-mail address in my contact list but nothing else. Also, Jaws 9 sometimes skips a number of rows. I sent you a few e-mails I was having difficulty reading. Any solution? One member of this list suggested I read the e-mail through my browser on the e-mail's site of origin which does work but it is time-consuming and we shouldn't have to do that. Thanks.
