I am using JAWS 8 and attempting to read coursework which is saved on disk in Word format. Occasionally I'm having trouble with JAWS not reading the material that is on the disk. Could this be a Word format issue or something else. He consistently says "blank, blank, blank," when I'm going through the document. Sorry to be so vague but I'm not sure how to proceed with this problem. Any information would be a step in the right direction.
