David, thank you! here are a few more subject lines that are, in my opinion, awful and should never be used, yet people still insist on using them.

You are correct, these silly subject lines don't really explain the problem going on. I think what happens is when someone is having a problem they're so focused on getting it solved that they can't explain it. But having a more descriptive subject line really does go a long way.
