Hi, If I am thinking correctly, Joseph gave us the way to do this with JAWS. This was something I've never played with so didn't know how it worked. Thanks for the info. I've been wondering how to do this for a while now.

There is a special command in MS Word to do this (F8 is the command you might be looking for).
