Hi Patti, Support for the new Yahoo I M 8.1 was included in the JAWS 9 release now in public beta. Below are the details of the changes. I must be honest, I have not tried it personally but feedback from the Accessibility people at Yahoo tell us it is working well. Regards, Eric
New Commands for Yahoo! Instant Messenger 8.1 The following JAWS commands have been added for Yahoo! Instant Messenger 8.1: ALT+X, where X is 1, 2, 3,...,0, which allows you to review the last 10 Yahoo! IM messages. Note that ALT+1 opens the most recent message, and ALT+0 opens the 10th message. ALT+NUMPAD 5 twice quickly opens a Web link that appears in a Yahoo! IM message.
