Hi Christopher. The capslock key and 9 is a right click. It should bring up a context menu where you can choose the item to add the sender to your contacts.

From Office 2007's help information, I understand I should be able to save a sender's e-mail address to my contact list simply by pressing the caps-lock key & 9. However, when I do so, nothing happens. Any Advice as to how to add a sender's address to my contact list? Thanks.
