Hi Lisa, It is saying that because it is set to collapse the messages that there are more than one of, with the same subject line. I have been meaning to ask someone how to get my Windows Mail to do that on a new computer with Vista. So if anyone can help Lisa figure out how to make her OE stop saying collapse & not collapse her messages of the same subject, can you please tell me how to set my email up to expand & collapse messages?
Now how come I feel like I just said a bunch of nonsense. LOL Thanks, Rhonda ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lisa" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, November 11, 2007 4:08 PM Subject: [JAWS-Users] Why is Jaws saying collapsed in Outlook Express Hello everyone, When I'm in my Outlook Express inbox arrowing through some of my unread messages jaws will say collapsed on some of them. It doesn't say this on all of them just a few of them. How can I get jaws to stop saying collapsed? I went to the jaws users web site, and I looked on the tips and tricks page and I looked through the Outlook Express stuff, but I didn't see anything pertaining to this particular problem. Your help fixing this problem will be most appreciated!
