Hi folks, Thought I would send my biannual query to the list looking for contact management software that is compatible with Jaws. I am aware of an antique version of Gold Mine that is no longer available. Their a few features in outlook that will work, Access can be used for keeping track of sales trends, customer purchases and customer information. Outlook has a pretty fair calendar and note feature. Excel probably does the best job out of the box but it still falls short in many areas. and the learning curve really sucks for a busy sales professional who doesn't have the time or inclination to become an Excel power user. I know you old timers have heard my rants before but thought I would share with some of the new members to see if they had any fresh information.
