Here's how you stop Jaws from saying Collapsed. Press alt-view to get to the view menu, then hit the right cursor once where you will hear "show all messages". Press the up arrow once and you will hear "group message conversations" which will probably be checked. Press enter to uncheck and you are good to go.
One of the members of this list helped me last week to get rid of that annoying message and I am passing it on.
