Trying to keep this on topic, I've been using a Time/Warner DVR since June, and it is entirely not accessible. Even if you somehow manage to plug your PC into it via USB, chances are high the PC won't even know what the heck you've connected. That's been my experience so far. So, in keeping this on topic, I don't believe JAWS 9 will work with your TimeWarner box even if connected to a PC. Others on this list may have widely different experiences, but that's been mine.
