Stu, From what I've read, I think this only relates to WebPages or html
e-mail messages, so I suspect it won't work when copying and pasting from
word, but I'm quite willing to be contradicted if I've got it wrong.
Cheers.
Alex

Will the formatting hold when pasting into an E Mail message, from word for
example?

Actually in jaws 9 I find that this feature works better for my needs than

any other previously because it retains the formatting. The reason I say
this is because when I balance the check book I copy the information from
my
bank's web site paste it in to note pad so I don't need to be signed in
the
server longer than I have to be.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Copy and paste in JAWS 9

  Hi
Well, my curiosity got the best of me and I downloaded the full
version
of JAWS 9. After installing it I proceeded to go to my college website and

copy and paste the weeks assignment to a file on my hard drive. When I
reviewed the assignment I found that all that was pasted in the file was
the
title of the assignment and what appear to be a couple of garbled lines
below it. What did I do wrong? What can I do to change this so I can copy
and paste from websites? It is a requirement for my college studies.

  God bless,
  Mark
