Hi Dan, If you are using Outlook Express try the steps below.
1. Press alt plus v for view. 2. Press the letter b for sort. 3. Arrow to the From selection and check this box. This will put your e-mails in alphabetical order by name. 4. Then arrow to either ascending, which will put the a's at the top of list view, and check this box, or check descending, which will put the z's at the top of list view.
