There may be something I only have a vague memory but it has something to do with the properties of a text box. I think when it is created there is a setting to permit editing which must be enabled for Jaws to be able to navigate within it but I don't remember for sure. I wonder too if you can get it to work by enabling forms mode, that is just a wild guess.
