What do you exactly mean? Are you saying you don't know how to activate a 
button in a dialogue box, for example, or are you saying you don't know how 
to activate a button in terms of those found on web pages? If so, it's the 
same; just tab to the button and hit space or enter on it. However, if 
you're referring to web pages, you can use the arrow keys or the letter b 
and shift b to jump to the next or previous button respectively and activate 
it as described above. Hope that helps.
