Is the info bar present when you are pressing these keys? It is only present when certain types of content are blocked. If the bar isn't present, these keys will have no effect.

Any suggestions? Thanks. If in Outlook, ctrl+shift+w. If I have problems with info bar, I make that: 1. Roote Jaws cursor to PC cursor. 2. Activate Jaws cursor. 3. With the down, and up key, go with Jaws cursor by the line: For Internet Explorer needed that and that, hit ctrl+right, if you hear the first word of it. 4. Then click with a left mouse key, wich is the click key, of the Jaws cursor, and enable the sites, or what else you want. God bless!
