Yes, some companies are still building computers with Windows-XP on them, 
but they are becoming farther and fewer in between., and most places such as 
Best Buy do not have them on the shelf.  You have to custom order the 
computer.  Dell is one of the companies who still installs Windows-XP, but 
I've decided that my future computer is not going to be a Dell as Dell tends 
to be higher in price.

Thank you for the feedback so far.  I'm feeling much better about taking the 
Vista plunge.
