In the main Messenger window, or in any conversation window: 1. Alt t to open the tools menu. 2. O to open the options dialogue box. 3. Shift tab to the list of categories, and down arrow to privacy. 4. Tab to the second list view. This is the blocked contacts list 5. To move a contact back to your allow list, the first list view, select the contact with the arrow keys, then shift tab to the <<allow button. You'll be placed back to the blocked contacts list. 6. Tab to ok and hit enter.
