Hi, I'm not exactly sure what you mean but if you want to know what is starting up with windows, go to run and type in a blank edit field msconfig and press enter. As you arrow down the list, you can uncheck what you don't want started up with windows. Note that when you restart, you will get a message telling you to select normal startup, etc., but tab to don't show this message again and tab again after checking that box to okay and press enter.
