Hello all: I am having a problem with jaws and system restore. I attempted to use system restore on my computer to roll it back to an earlier time to fix some illegal operations issues with some other programs. Needless to say now I'm getting the following when I try to run jaws. Eloq.jls is missing one or more shared components are missing please re install jaws to fix this problem.
Okay I figured as much so I try to do this and hear's what I get. This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and that you can access it or contact the application vender to verify that this is a valid windows installer package. Now I'm at my wits end with this. I even get this error when de installing jaws 9. Can someone give me any suggestions short of undoing the restoration process?
