I had this same problem with a laptop. I sent a detailed question to JAWS Tech-Support, and I got back a very helpful answer. The solution was very complicated, and I could not have made the changes I needed to make without assistance from a Techie.
Try submitting a written question rather than simply talking to someone on the phone.
