AS Flor already pointed out, Word Web dictionary does have a very good Jaws interface, and even better interface when used with the Jaws scripts available through the Jaws Users site, or the JFW Lite site.
The newest version of the Word Web dictionary even has the ability to reside in your system tray for easy access, and allows for a user defined hotkey to bring it up automatically. It will even work in conjunction with other word processors for quick and easy access. The great thing is that if you highlight a word, then use the hotkey, which is control+alt+W, which is the default for accessing the dictionary, the word will automatically appear in the edit field to look up the word. There are a few tabs when the word is defined, such as a synonyms tab, along with an antonyms tab/section in case you want to use the thesaurus part of the program The other great thing about this program is the fact that it's free. Can't argue with that price. Smile.
