The control tab method to access toolbars works in 2003 versions of Word Excel Access PowerPoint Outlook Publisher InfoPath Project
I do not know whether this is the same in 2007 versions. Its useful to know as the Jaws Insert F8 method does not always catch all the toolbar options. Unfortunately I have not found a non Microsoft application that follows this convention yet . If your PC dings instead, it means no toolbars are showing. Next, you can tab and shift tab to cycle through the buttons and what not, and do what you would normally do when navigating dialogue boxes. Hope that helps.
