You might want to try http://www.whitepages.com, or if a business is what you're looking for, try http://www.yellowpages.com. It's also been known, if you GOOGLE someone's Name or their Phone number, you can find them that way. Just type the person's name or Phone number into the search box at http://www.google.com.
