For a while this was fine after the computer was new and also my XP Home program. I also use JAWS 6.2. Today, if I am connected to the Internet and using Outlook Express and then cycle to the Desktop, when I return to Outlook Express, the Internet connection is disconnected always and this involves re-dialing which is a pain all day long, everyday. What can I do to restore this to the original configuration or setting so this does not happen since it is such a waste of time and modem? Thanks in advance for your help!
